Job Description
Our growing practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing team members, enhancing the patient experience, and achieving key business objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care. Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team members to foster a positive and accountable workplace culture. Monitor practice performance and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and other applicable healthcare regulations. Oversee scheduling, staffing, workflow optimization, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate with clinical leadership to support seamless patient care and operational excellence. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve productivity and profitability. Manage office budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and office expenses. Address patient concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly. Champion continuous improvement and support organizational initiatives across the practice. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role required. Healthcare or dental industry experience is required Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive business results. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
