Our modern, patient-centered dental office in Bay Harbor and Sunny Isles is seeking a motivated, confident, and sales-oriented Treatment/New Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great dentistry starts with great communication. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and clarity Drive case acceptance through patient education and trust-building Discuss financial options and collect co-pays/payments Verify dental insurance (PPO & Fee-for-Service only—no HMOs) Check patients in, obtain consent forms, and prepare charts Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments Follow up with patients after procedures and on unscheduled treatment Answer phones and manage patient communication professionally Use dental software and credit card processing systems Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office Support patients throughout their entire dental experience Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements Minimum 2 year of dental front office experience (required) Strong treatment coordination and dental sales skills Knowledge of dental insurance verification (PPO & Fee-for-Service) Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Experience with dental practice management software Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented If you're passionate about helping patients say "yes" to the care they need while delivering an exceptional experience, we'd love to hear from you.
