Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in medical office management software. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure timely communication with patients regarding their care. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate information is communicated to patients. Maintain patient records using our dental software Assist with clerical duties including scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and maintaining office organization. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Provide support in the management of office operations, including inventory control and supply ordering. Stay updated on ICD-10 coding practices and insurance policies relevant to dental treatments. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic or medical office management is preferred, but not required. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Knowledge of insurance verification processes Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.
