About us Barnett Dermatology is a growing, physician-led dermatology and aesthetics group serving patients across several South Florida locations. We run a fast-paced, patient-first practice and we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations across our sites. The role You will own the day-to-day operations of multiple offices, keeping every location running smoothly, compliant, and well-staffed. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable coaching a front-desk team, tightening a workflow, and passing an OSHA inspection. You report directly to ownership. What you'll do Staff and HR leadership

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff across all locations
• Build and manage schedules so every site is covered without over-staffing
• Set expectations, run performance reviews, coach, and handle personnel issues directly
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture that shows up in how patients are treated Compliance and operations
• Own HIPAA and OSHA compliance across sites, including documentation, training, and inspection readiness
• Standardize and improve workflows so all locations operate the same way
• Administer the practice management system and other office systems
• Manage vendors, supplies, inventory, and facilities
• Track operational metrics and report to ownership on what is working and what needs attention What we're looking for
• Prior management experience in a medical or healthcare practice (any specialty)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team across more than one location or a high-volume single site
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• Comfort with EHR/practice-management software
• Strong organization, follow-through, and calm judgment in a busy clinical environment
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites in the Delray Beach / West Boca area Nice to have
• Dermatology or aesthetics experience
• Background in billing, AR, or revenue-cycle oversight Compensation and benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
