Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role combines administrative leadership with clinical oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong managerial skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of dental office workflows, medical billing, and healthcare management systems. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery Manage staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluations for dental and administrative teams Coordinate patient management using EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix to ensure accurate recordkeeping and billing Monitor financial aspects including budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal management to optimize practice profitability Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, health regulation policies, and other healthcare regulations Facilitate human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution Maintain medical records accurately while managing electronic health records (EHR) systems and ensuring data security Support patient management processes by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent customer service Implement practice management strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in medical office operations Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse patients and staff Extensive knowledge of dental office workflows, medical billing, coding, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix; familiarity with patient management software is required Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts receivable/payable Supervisory experience managing healthcare teams within a clinical setting; excellent managerial communication skills are vital Knowledge of health regulation policies including JCAHO standards and managed care protocols Ability to handle medical administrative support tasks such as medical records management, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing Critical care or acute care experience is a plus for understanding complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA to ensure confidentiality and security of patient information Join our team as a Bilingual Dental Office Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
