Monthly Performance Bonus Location:
Bradenton, FL Full-Time | Full Benefits Lead the Team. Elevate the Patient Experience. Drive the Business. A successful and growing dental practice in Bradenton, FL is conducting a search for an exceptional Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the practice. We are looking for more than someone who can manage a schedule or oversee the front desk. We need a confident, people-focused leader who understands that a great dental practice is both a patient-centered healthcare environment and a business . The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, exceptional customer service instincts, and business acumen. You know how to develop a team, create accountability, solve problems, improve processes, and keep the practice moving toward its goals—all while ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience. What You'll Do As Dental Office Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and daily operations of the practice. You will serve as the connection between the clinical team, administrative team, patients, and practice leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to performance and service expectations Create a positive, professional, and results-oriented office culture Oversee daily practice operations and ensure the office runs efficiently Deliver and reinforce an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion Monitor practice performance, operational goals, and key business metrics Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, productivity, case acceptance, collections, and overall practice performance Manage patient concerns professionally and confidently, turning difficult situations into positive experiences whenever possible Support effective scheduling and patient flow to maximize both patient satisfaction and practice productivity Partner with providers and team members to achieve practice goals Oversee administrative workflows, including insurance, billing, collections, treatment coordination, and front-office processes Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members Conduct team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and address performance concerns when necessary Maintain appropriate staffing levels and coordinate team schedules Ensure policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed Look for opportunities to improve systems rather than simply maintaining the status quo Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are someone who naturally takes ownership, builds trust with others, and enjoys creating structure in a fast-paced environment.

Proven leadership or management experience Strong business judgment and the ability to understand how daily decisions impact practice performance Exceptional customer service and communication skills Confidence coaching employees and having difficult conversations when necessary A track record of building engaged, accountable teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills The ability to prioritize and remain composed in a busy environment Comfort working with performance goals, reports, and key practice metrics A proactive mindset—you identify problems and work toward solutions before being asked High standards for professionalism, integrity, and patient care Dental practice management experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing a healthcare, medical, hospitality, retail, or other high-touch service business may also be considered for candidates with exceptional leadership and business operations experience.
