Full Job Description Regional Business Office Manager Job Summary:
Miramar Post-Acute Care Solutions, a leading providers of post-acute care services in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business office leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office functions, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial, administrative, and clinical activities across six skilled facilities located in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the business office operations, including but not limited to financial management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports to senior management and the Board of Directors Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and applicable laws Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements Provide guidance and training to business office staff to ensure effective performance and compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, therapists, and community partners
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office management role, preferably in a post-acute care setting Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop strategic plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in financial management software and systems, including but not limited to
Excel, QuickBooks, and PeopleSoft What We Offer:
