About us Caretinuum Health is a walk-in primary care clinic in Lake Mary providing acute and urgent care, in-office labs, DOT physicals, hormone and peptide therapy, weight-loss programs, chronic disease management, and more. We listen first and build care around each patient. We're growing quickly and looking for an Office Manager to help take this practice to the next level. The role This is an operations leadership seat first. Own front of house, patient flow, phones, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day systems so our provider can stay with patients and the clinic can scale without chaos. A Florida-licensed Medical Assistant credential is required. Clinical skills matter, but we are hiring you to run and grow the office — not only to room patients. Schedule Monday 8:30am-4pm; Tuesday 11am-7pm; Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. What you'll own
- Front desk: phones, scheduling, check-in/out, walk-in + appointment flow
- Clinic operations, inventory/reorders, forms, referrals, paperwork, follow-through
- Daily provider partnership
- MA support: rooming, vitals, labs/procedures assist within scope Who you are
- Florida-licensed Medical Assistant (required)
- Proven medical office, front-desk, or clinic ops ownership
- Comfortable with EMR, HIPAA, and a busy walk-in pace
- Available for published hours, including Tuesday evenings until 7pm
- Warm with patients; calm when the lobby fills up
