We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and organized Front Office Receptionist / Office Manager to serve as the heart of our daily school operations and the welcoming face of our campus. Position Summary The Front Office Receptionist / Office Manager plays a key role in keeping our school running smoothly and efficiently. This position combines warm, Christ-centered hospitality with essential front-office administrative support, serving students, parents, faculty, and campus visitors daily.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Hospitality & Safety:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage campus access/visitor check-ins, and respond warmly to parent inquiries.
Student Care:
Serve as a compassionate point of contact for students needing minor first aid, ice packs, or temporary rest.
Office Operations:
Manage daily front desk procedures, handle incoming/outgoing mail, maintain master school calendars, and keep inventory/order office and janitorial supplies.
Student Records & Admissions Support:
Assist with the admissions process (scheduling tours, distributing family packets), manage attendance records, enter data into Student Information Systems, maintain student records, and process record/transcript requests.
School Communications:
Distribute school-wide updates, including newsletters, flyers, and announcements.
Administrative Support:
Assist school leadership with event planning, meetings, and special projects.
Qualifications & Requirements Faith Alignment:
Active, vibrant personal faith in Jesus Christ, agreement with our school's Statement of Faith, and active involvement in a local Christian church.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in front desk operations, office administration, or school reception preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Familiarity with Student Information Systems (e.g., FACTS/Renweb, Brightwheel, Procare) preferred. Ability to operate standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems.
