COO Job Summary Trusted Hands Senior Care is seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations, staffing, efficiencies, compliance and high-quality client service delivery. This leadership role requires someone who is organized, solution-driven, and able to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced home care environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, full cycle and emergent situations Maintain consistent office environment and culture Ensure smooth coordination across all teams Lead and supervise office staff Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary actions (office & field) Oversee scheduling and staffing gaps Monitor local contract progress and time reconciliation Conduct employee evaluations and discipline Oversee onboarding for new hires and clients Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Participate in client visits and monthly team meetings Track and report on operational performance Provide weekly updates and findings to leadership Support new client intake and service setup Conflict resolution management Qualifications Experience in home care or healthcare operations, or related field (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities Ability to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and mange competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of industry level compliance and regulatory standards (preferred) Reliable, professional, and punctual Proficiency in
