Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to support our team and contribute to a positive workplace environment. Duties Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to ensure organizational clarity Provide exceptional customer service by supporting members with a friendly attitude and effective communication Experience Proven office management experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and organizational skills Prior bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks or comparable software is highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and collaboration Experience in customer support roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
