Description Taco John's has a position open for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This full-time position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when the GM is not present. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know.

Helps with the daily operations of restaurant Aids in the hiring and training a great team Manages all areas in front and back of house Ensures food quality Manages food and labor costs Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service Maintains exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and outOur Mission:

Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred Food service experience a plus Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment We do background checks on all new hires.Benefits
