Be the Person Who Helps a Great Practice Run Even Better McCall Dental is looking for a Dental Office Manager who is ready to take ownership of the business and people side of a growing dental practice. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a schedule and put out fires. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted partner to the doctor, take ownership of day-to-day management, analyze what's happening in the practice, solve problems, and make thoughtful recommendations.
The goal is simple:
give the doctor more time to focus on clinical dentistry while you help lead the team and the business. What You'll Do You'll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly, including: Oversee day-to-day practice operations and team management Manage financial and administrative functions Support HR, employee relations, and team development Coordinate treatment and help patients understand their care and financial options Analyze practice data and identify opportunities for improvement Solve problems and confidently make recommendations to the doctor Help maintain the high standards and culture that make this team successful What Makes This Opportunity Special A genuinely great team. The practice utilizes Dentrix Ascend and advanced technology including digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanners, digital prosthetics, mills, and 3D printers. Meaningful work. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in dental practice management or a related healthcare management role Confident navigating and managing multiple forms of technology Highly organized and dependable Confident analyzing data and financial information A strong problem solver who can think independently Comfortable making recommendations and decisions An excellent communicator and team collaborator Professional and trustworthy Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities Patient-focused and committed to a high level of service Someone who takes pride in doing things exceptionally well Bachelor's degree preferred Dental experience is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate with strong management, leadership, financial, and organizational experience. What We Offer Full-time position- No Weekends!
