Expect:
St. Luke's Magic Valley OBGYN provides specialized gynecologic and obstetric care to patients throughout Twin Falls and the surrounding region. Our collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and skilled clinical staff is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of women's health services, including onsite ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and laboratory services, ensuring convenient and coordinated care for our patients. This leadership role provides oversight and support for one clinic with two suites located within the Magic Valley Hospital and MV Medical Office Building. We are seeking an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about Women's Health, building high-performing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and driving operational excellence. This individual will play a key role in supporting outstanding patient experiences and advancing high-quality care for women and families across the communities we serve.- Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
- Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement.
- Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
- Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
- Requires an in-depth knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
- Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience OR
- Associate's degree + 4 years of experience OR
- HS Diploma + 6 years of experience At St.
