We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice with a friendly, hardworking team that loves collaborating. We are looking for a humble, driven Dental Office Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to grow alongside us. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and ready to help keep our practice running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
In this role, you will balance administrative excellence and practice growth. You will manage daily front-office operations, optimize our patient schedule, and handle insurance and treatment planning to ensure an exceptional experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities Schedule Management:
Keep the daily schedule optimized and productively filled.
Patient Services:
Warmly check patients in and out while providing excellent customer service.
Communication:
Manage multiple phone lines efficiently and professionally.
Insurance Coordination:
Verify insurance benefits and manage insurance aging reports.
Treatment Planning:
Present treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients.
Practice Growth:
Drive patient referrals and assist with both in-office and external marketing initiatives. Qualifications Experience with Dentrix software is highly preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the practice. A positive, collaborative, and humble attitude.
