Job Description
Artistic Family Dental is seeking an experienced, results-driven Dental Office Manager for our Chicago Heights location. This is a leadership role for someone who understands treatment planning, scheduling strategy, production, and collections, and who can confidently guide both doctors and staff. This is not a front-desk-only role. We are looking for a manager who understands responsibility, accountability, and growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations Drive treatment plan presentation and case acceptance Keep schedules full and optimized for production Work closely with doctors to encourage same-day treatment when appropriate Manage billing, collections, and AR follow-up Lead, train, and hold staff accountable Track key performance indicators (production, collections, scheduling efficiency) Ensure excellent patient experience in a high Spanish-speaking patient population Requirements 2+ years dental office management experience (required) Bilingual - Spanish & English (required) Strong knowledge of treatment planning and insurance coordination Confident communicator with leadership presence Organized, proactive, and results-driven Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft and Dentrix Ascend preferred) Compensation based on experience Performance-based bonuses available Full-time, in-office position Health Benefits and 401k after 90 days Growth opportunities within a multi-location dental group
