Job Summary:
As a Business Office Manager at Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and support our team in providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet visitors and residents, maintain a professional and respectful demeanor, and ensure the security of our building.
Administrative Support:
Answer and operate phone systems, maintain resident trust accounts, track ancillary, transportation, and beauty shop charges, and code and process accounts payable invoices.
Clerical Functions:
Assist with admissions, HR, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Communication:
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and files.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, business office, or healthcare setting.
Skills:
