Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your technical expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and reliably, supporting our reputation for outstanding automotive service. Duties Perform detailed diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and drive axles. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to ensure optimal handling and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other electronic modules. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs efficiently. Service vehicle electrical systems, including wiring repairs and component replacements. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with schematics interpretation and automotive electrical systems. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle suspension systems. Skilled in the use of automotive diagnostic tools and technical proficiency in modern vehicle systems. Ability to read automotive wiring diagrams accurately and perform complex repairs confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Valid mechanic certification or equivalent experience; ASE certification is a plus.
