Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front Office & Insurance Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dentrix and a strong background in insurance verification, billing coordination, patient communication, and front office operations.
Responsibilities:
Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations. Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and unpaid balances. Enter and maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix. Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar. Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Process patient payments and maintain billing records. Coordinate referrals and required documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and patient support. Assist with general front office administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of dental front office experience. Required experience using Dentrix. Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and billing procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with treatment plan presentation is a plus.

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
