If you're an experienced, dependable professional looking for part-time work in a positive and supportive workplace, we'd love to meet you. RoundTable Wellness has proudly served the Lafayette community since 2016. As a Joint Commission Accredited Behavioral Health Facility, we provide compassionate, ethical care for individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and other mental health and nutrition-related challenges. As our Office Manager, you'll play an essential role in keeping our practice running smoothly while supporting both our clients and our clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing front office operations Coordinating care logistics Assisting with general HR tasks Answering phones and scheduling clients Scanning, faxing, and maintaining records Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized office environment Supporting our clinical staff as needed We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and welcoming Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning new software systems Dependable and self-motivated A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others Qualifications Associate's degree preferred Approximately 25 hours per week (schedule is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process) Benefits Paid time off (PTO) accrual 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment If you're looking for a flexible, part-time position where your organizational skills and experience truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
