Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure exceptional patient care. Your leadership will drive practice efficiency, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare management professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic dental setting. Duties Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, medical billing, and practice profitability Supervise healthcare staff, including dental assistants, administrative personnel, and other team members, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate medical records and streamline patient management Coordinate treatment plans with patients by explaining procedures, insurance coverage, and financial options clearly and positively Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, health policies, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient privacy and safety Support medical administrative functions such as managing patient records, billing processes, appointment scheduling, and insurance claims processing Lead efforts in human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Maintain knowledge of healthcare practice management best practices and stay updated on evolving health regulation policies Experience Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of medical office operations Demonstrated supervisory experience supervising teams within a healthcare setting Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic or eClinicalWorks; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential Background in medical billing, financial management, budgeting, and compliance within a healthcare environment Hands-on experience with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA regulations Prior clinic or hospital experience with acute care or critical care settings is highly desirable Familiarity with managed care processes and utilization management practices in healthcare settings Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care! $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
