Experienced Dental Office Manager Lafayette, Louisiana | Full-Time A busy, state-of-the-art dental practice specializing in dental implants, dentures, and extractions is seeking an experienced and highly professional Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help take the practice to the next level. We are looking for a strong, organized leader who can create accountability, improve office systems, support the clinical team, and maintain an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, dependable, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing a fast-paced dental environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable in a positive manner Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and patient flow Implement and maintain organized systems and office protocols Monitor team performance, productivity, and key practice goals Manage patient concerns professionally and respectfully Support treatment coordination, case acceptance, and collections Oversee staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance reviews Maintain strong communication between the doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff Identify operational problems and develop effective solutions Help create a positive, professional, and results-driven office culture Qualifications Previous dental office management experience is strongly preferred Experience in a high-volume dental, implant, oral surgery, or specialty practice is a plus Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage employees and address performance concerns professionally Knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, collections, treatment planning, and practice management systems Comfortable reviewing reports, tracking performance, and improving office systems Professional appearance and confident leadership presence Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused in a busy environment Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through What We Are Looking For This is not simply an administrative position. Pay:
