Schedule:
Mon-Friday 9-5 or 10-6 and 2 Saturdays 9-3 Dr. Dental in Lynn, MA is looking for a bilingual Office Manager with strong leadership and sales experience to join our team! We're seeking someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment and can confidently present treatment plans while managing daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Coordination & Sales Present treatment plans to patients after doctor hand-off Build trust and help patients say "yes" to care Discuss financial options and insurance benefits clearly Overcome barriers and advocate for patient treatment acceptance Administrative Support Monitor schedule audits, credit, and AR reports Collaborate with the support center to maintain productivity Follow up with patients on incomplete treatment and open balances
Requirements:
Bilingual:
English & Spanish - required Sales experience in healthcare or dental - required Experience with Dentrix and dental office operations Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills Ability to work independently while managing a team environment
