About Integrated Care Campus at East Beltline, 2750 & 2770 Home to the largest Corewell Health Primary Care Office, we offer imaging (CT, MRI, Xray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, Bone Density), Rehab (physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy & driving assessments), Balance Center, Hearing Center, Urgent Care, Women's Health, neurology, infusion, behavioral health/psychology, orthopedics including orthopedic urgent care, sports medicine and sports performance center. There is also a Café & Smoothie bar, plus a 1.6-mile walking trail. Primary Care As Practice Supervisor for the Primary Care group, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 healthcare professionals and support staff at a single practice location. This role is vital to ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and a seamless patient experience. We are looking for a leader who values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and success of team members across clinical and administrative functions. This position offers some flexibility in scheduling; however, the supervisor is expected to support clinic operations during core business hours, which are typically 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to fostering an engaged, high-performing team. Our ideal candidate will have a clinical background and evidence of leading a team. Scope of work Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports standard work, process improvement, staffing, payroll administration, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Oversee team member performance, coaching, development, attendance management, and employee relations while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related field Required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related field Preferred. 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership or relevant leadership experience informal or formal Preferred.
