Company Overview East Bay Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate Practice Manager to help lead our growing small animal practice in beautiful Acme, Michigan, just minutes from Traverse City. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at an independently owned veterinary hospital where your ideas matter. You'll work directly with the hospital owner and leadership team to strengthen our culture, support our employees, improve hospital operations, and help guide the continued growth of the practice. - Monday-Friday schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends

- Lead the daily operations of the hospital
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop receptionists, assistants, and technicians
- Foster a postive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory, budgeting, and key business metrics
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Partner with veterinarians to deliver outstanding patient care and client service
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and support practice growth Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Veterinary practice management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Financial and operational management experience is a plus
