Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess an all-in attitude, be a motivated self-starter, and a strong team player committed to excellence and efficiency. This role requires a leader who can inspire the team, manage a diverse range of administrative and clinical tasks, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibility Areas
  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient functioning that delivers high service standards
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures for daily operations, patient records, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, while enhancing the practice's reputation.
  • Assist the owner and CFO to identify opportunities for improvement in revenue streams, and provide financial reporting, to achieve the practice's financial goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for growth and implementing innovative solutions. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar management role in a medical aesthetics or healthcare setting preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a motivated self-starter, as well as leadership skills that promote a unified team and harmonious team culture
  • Proficiency in medical practice management software. Aesthetic Record experience a plus
  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, word documents, use of Google Drive, Canva and other technologies preferred
