Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist to join our practice in central Missouri. The ideal candidate is positive, highly motivated, and reliable in the workplace setting. Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
The ideal candidate must provide great customer service while greeting clients and patients, answering questions, processing incoming patients, processing financial transactions, and any other scenarios that require direct interaction. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, working in QuickBooks Online, maintaining cleanliness of the office area, filing, managing inventory, etc. . The schedule would include at least 4 days a week with 1 Saturday morning each month. Hours for weekdays span from 8am-5pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Seasonal overtime available but not required. Experienced applicants will receive priority over those that are inexperienced in the veterinary field, but all that feel qualified are encouraged to apply!
Our Clinic & Practice:
Benton County Veterinary Services is a large animal clinic specializing in traditional bovine veterinary sciences (routine herd work, sick calls, emergency work, etc.) as well as non-traditional veterinary services such as in-vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, artificial insemination, and other consulting services. Our clinic also services the Boonville Livestock Auction. We have been in operation for 12 years and have grown rapidly, transitioning from a mobile-only practice to our clinic in June of 2018. We pride ourselves in offering a host of progressive, non-traditional services particularly in the reproductive field. We have excellent facilities that allow cattle to be processed safely & efficiently.
