What You'll Do:

Lead and support the front office team. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination. Monitor office systems and day-to-day flow. Partner with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience. Handle HR tasks like hiring, onboarding, and performance check-ins. Keep track of production goals and help drive growth.

What You Bring:

2+ years in a dental front office or management role. Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.). Organized, upbeat, and ready to lead with kindness and accountability. Comfortable with numbers, insurance, and patient relations. Great communication and a solution-focused mindset.
