Job Description

Our practice is different by design. We are a 100% fee-for-service dental practice , which means our patients choose us because they value exceptional dentistry, genuine relationships, and an outstanding patient experience. We're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who shares those values. This is more than a scheduling position. It's an opportunity to become the face of a practice built on trust, excellence, integrity, and personalized care.
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Our Ideal Team Member Has previous experience working in a dental office. Is proficient in Dentrix (required). Believes every patient deserves to feel known, valued, and cared for. Creates a warm, welcoming, and highly organized office environment. Understands that exceptional customer service is just as important as exceptional dentistry. Is confident discussing treatment plans, scheduling, financial arrangements, collections, and insurance reimbursement in a fee-for-service practice. Communicates with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking ownership. Thrives as part of a team committed to excellence rather than simply filling the schedule. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression. Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules for maximum efficiency. Coordinate treatment and financial arrangements. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with reimbursement questions. File claims on behalf of patients. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix . Confidently and compassionately collect ballances. Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every visit. This position is not the right fit if you're looking for a high-volume, insurance-driven practice. It is the right fit if you believe dentistry is about relationships, trust, and delivering an experience so exceptional that patients choose our practice and confidently refer their family and friends. We hire for character as much as experience because we believe the right person makes all the difference—for our patients, our team, and our practice. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence, values meaningful relationships, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. If you're an experienced dental professional who is proficient in Dentrix and excited to join a practice that values excellence, integrity, and personalized care, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you believe you'd be a great fit for our team.
