Management of financial activities and ensuring clinical areas in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Integrates organization strategic growth plans with operations to expand patient care access, improve efficiency, and maximize clinic service offerings. Ensure appropriate systems and staffing resources deployed for clinical, revenue, and procedural compliance. Functions as a resource to providers, staff, and supervisors in the deployment of business and strategic initiatives. Report to the Directors any unresolved issues or concerns of patients, staff and providers. Assists with new clinic implementation and represents the clinic professionally to the community. Adopts the Mission and Vision statement of Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation in all aspects of their work. Performs all other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all clinic services including scheduling, treatment and delivery of excellent customer to patients, families, physicians and staff in multiple locations while serving as direct report to those managers. 20% Determines appropriate staffing levels, evaluates performance, recommends changes to improve efficiencies and ensure satisfactory service to physicians, patients and other customers. 20% Ensure accurate data collection at all levels. Responsible for accounts payable approval for all clinic locations. 20% Facilitates quality improvement activities, identifies indicators and implements action plans in timely manner. 20% Assist Director in special projects, as presented, including new clinic implementation, clinic representation on hospital committees. 10% Collaborates with hospital departments and all clinics to promote growth in clinic volume and continuity of care for patients. Maintains up to date knowledge of billing compliance issues. 10% Specifications Experience Minimum Required 1 year supervisory or manager experience in general industry Preferred/Desired 1 year clinic management or billing/finance experience in healthcare/medical field Education Minimum Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing/Health Science or related field or equivalent experience Preferred/Desired Master's degree Training Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Special Skills Minimum Required Working knowledge of medical terminology, spreadsheets and word processing (PC literacy). Ability to defuse volatile situations, address patient/customer needs, analyze data and trends, enforce and develop continuous quality improvement measures. Must have proven excellent oral and written communication skills with multi-level staff and management. Preferred/Desired Licensure Minimum Required Preferred/Desired
