Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless guest services, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Manage property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accurate booking and billing processes Lead and train front desk staff on hospitality reservation systems, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence Handle guest relations with professionalism, resolving issues promptly through customer service problem-solving techniques Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports Maintain multi-line phone systems and ensure effective communication with guests and staff at all times Implement hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance during incidents or crises Skills Extensive experience in hospitality management and hotel operations, with a strong background in front desk functions Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is highly desirable Strong phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette Ability to problem-solve customer service issues quickly while maintaining professionalism and courtesy Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences!
