Position Summary We are seeking an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred Strong understanding of clinic operations, workflow management, and patient flow optimization Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with real-time problem solving Effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations Proficient in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools Why Join Us?
