Automotive BDC Manager Are you an accomplished Automotive BDC leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our dealership's customer engagement operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, improving processes, and maximizing appointment, sales, and customer retention opportunities across multiple communication channels. What You'll Do Manage all daily operations of the dealership's Business Development Center. Lead, coach, and develop BDC Managers and Representatives to achieve exceptional performance. Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, text messaging, email, and digital communications. Develop and implement strategies to increase appointment show rates, sales conversions, and customer retention. Analyze KPIs and performance metrics while implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align customer communication strategies. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and success. Ensure CRM processes, reporting, and follow-up standards are consistently executed. What We're Looking For Proven success leading an automotive BDC, preferably in a multi-store or high-volume dealership environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, dealership software, and performance reporting. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. A data-driven leader who can inspire teams and consistently deliver results. Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
