We are seeking a conscientious and reliable candidate who brings a strong leadership background to join our team as an Office Manager . This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours as needed. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly office manager checklists, reports, and documentation. Act as a liaison between the corporate office, clinic team, and external entities to ensure clear communication and workflow adherence. Handle patient complaints promptly with tact and compassion, involving relevant parties when required. Analyze operational business metrics to drive business and clinical quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both employees and patients. Interact with vendors, suppliers, and other related entities as necessary. Manage practice locations, including equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance contracts in accordance with company policy and procedure.
