This is not a traditional office manager role. This is an opportunity to build systems, shape culture, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one in a modern, patient-centered practice focused on calm, efficient, and high-quality care. About Us We are a referral-based endodontic practice committed to: Exceptional patient care Calm, confidence-building communication Strong relationships with referring doctors A high-performing, respectful team culture Our patients are often in pain or anxious—so how we communicate and lead matters just as much as what we do clinically. The Role You will serve as the operational and patient experience leader of the practice. You will work closely with the doctor to ensure: Seamless daily operations Exceptional patient communication Strong referral relationships A calm, organized, and high-performing team environment Responsibilities Practice Operations Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations Build and refine systems for efficiency and consistency Ensure a smooth, calm, and organized clinical environment Treatment Coordination Clearly explain treatment plans and financial options Guide patients through care with confidence and empathy Help reduce patient anxiety through communication Financial & Administrative Manage billing, insurance, and collections Monitor production, collections, and key metrics Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes Team Leadership Support, train, and lead front office and clinical staff Foster a positive, professional, and accountable culture Address challenges proactively and constructively Referral & Practice Growth Help build and maintain relationships with referring offices Represent the practice with professionalism and consistency What We're Looking For Dental office management or strong treatment coordinator experience Experience with endodontics or specialty dentistry preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems What Sets You Apart You take ownership , not just direction You anticipate needs instead of waiting to be told You care deeply about patient experience You thrive in a startup / build-from-scratch environment You hold yourself and others to a high standard Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities as the practice expands Paid time off and holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why This Role is Different You won't just be "managing a schedule."
