Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides leadership, direction and supervision of the daily operations of assigned medical practice(s). Plans, designs, implements and maintains programs, policies and management systems of the overall operations of BPN. Leads a multi-disciplinary care team and is responsible for the supervision and performance of such team. Shall be responsible for one clinic/location and approximately 25 employees. Reports to the BPN Operations Director.PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Participates in the planning and implementation of new technologies, procedures and services to support day-to-day operations. 6.
- Develops, recommends and manages capital and operational budgets in support of strategic initiatives.
- Serves as a resource for consistent application of policy and procedure within the organization.
- Responsible for maintenance of physical facilities, changes, moves and/or improvements as appropriate for safe, efficient and effective clinic operations.
