The candidate will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting our patients. An elite and patient-centered medical practice is looking for an office coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An excellent working manager is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track, order, and schedule, as needed, biomarker/ lab tests, InBody scans, appointments as recommended by provider. Retrieve labs regularly from the portal, schedule appointment and prepare them for the provider. Contact patients via phone to schedule lab reviews and follow up appointments. Manage patient medication refill requests. Thoroughly educate and provide explanation of procedures to patients and family members as directed. Due to the nature of the practice, variable possible early and late shifts, as needed (by appointment only). Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English Reliable with patience and professionalism Proven experience in a medical office setting required Experience in customer service is a plus BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus Minimum 2 years experience in a medical office and/or customer service Eligibility Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation, including but not limited to: Driving Record, Criminal Background, Reference Check, etc. Must be willing to submit to a drug and alcohol screening. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

From $24.00 per hour
