The candidate will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting our patients. An elite and patient-centered medical practice is looking for an office coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An excellent working manager is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
