Dental Marketing & Referral Relations Representative to join our vibrant dental practice team! As a key ambassador for our practice, you will develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, foster referral partnerships, and utilize cutting-edge digital tools to maximize visibility and patient acquisition. Duties Responsibilitie Visit our existing referring dental offices to maintain and strengthen referral relationships. Regularly check in with referring dentists and their teams and serve as a friendly point of contact for our practice. Identify and visit new dental offices to introduce our practice, doctors, services, and referral process. Deliver marketing materials, referral pads, brochures, business cards, and other practice information. Educate dental offices about the services our practice provides and how we can assist their patients. Build strong professional relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams. Follow up with prospective referring offices after initial visits. Keep organized records of office visits, contacts, follow-ups, and potential referral opportunities. Assist with dental networking events, lunches, educational events, and other practice marketing activities. Communicate feedback from referring offices to our management team and help identify opportunities to improve the referral experience.

RequirementsDental knowledge/experience is

Candidates should understand dental terminology, common dental procedures, and how dental offices operate. Previous dental office experience required. Marketing, treatment coordination, dental sales, referral relations, or business development experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, friendly, and comfortable approaching new dental offices. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Must be comfortable traveling locally between dental offices. Ability to professionally represent our practice and build long-term relationships.coordination, or referral relatio Skills Proficiency in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings. Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords. Experience with advertising sales tactics to promote practice services effectively. Expertise in content writing tailored for diverse audiences across various platforms. Ability to utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for campaign management and lead nurturing. Proficient in web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools to track performance metrics. Knowledge of demand generation marketing techniques aimed at attracting new patients through targeted outreach efforts. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working seamlessly with teams across departments. Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices including performance marketing strategies for B2B (business-to-business) outreach when applicable. Excellent research skills combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities to refine marketing initiatives continuously. $21.50 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
