The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires minimum of 3 years of dental office experience as a treatment co-ordinator. Duties Oversee the coordination of patient treatment plans from initial consultation through follow-up care. Manage dental records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Facilitate communication between patients, staff, and insurance providers to streamline treatment processes. Assist in financial management by providing patients with clear information regarding treatment costs, payment options, and insurance coverage. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience. Support daily operations by managing scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks as needed. Verify Insurances Present treatment plans. Experience Previous experience in dental office is a MUST. Familiarity with procedures is essential for effective communication with both patients and healthcare professionals. Experience in office management, including handling dental records and fiscal management tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
