Duties Oversee all aspects of dental office operations, including patient scheduling, and records management Supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Manage financial activities such as budgeting, payroll, and fiscal management to ensure profitability and efficiency Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state/federal health policies Coordinate with dental practitioners on patient management, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Oversee human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention Monitor clinic supplies inventory and order necessary materials to support daily operations Implement practice management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and patient care quality Skills Experience in medical office management with a focus on dental clinics Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting. Excellent managerial communication skills Understanding of dental office procedures, medical terminology, and patient records management Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing budgets and practice operations. Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred.
