In this exciting part-time role, you'll do more than manage the front desk-you'll help patients navigate their dental journeys with confidence and ease.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive Pay :

As our Dental Office Patient Coordinator, your day begins by greeting patients with a smile and guiding them through their visits. You'll explain treatment options-especially for dental implants-ensuring they feel informed and confident. Your organizational superpowers will shine as you schedule appointments, handle follow-ups, and coordinate with our clinical team to keep treatment plans on track. You'll also manage insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and credentialing processes to keep things running smoothly. Most importantly, you'll foster strong patient relationships, making them feel like part of the Silfa Dental Aesthetics family.QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of dental office experience; management experience would be a plus In-depth knowledge of dental implants and related procedures Proficiency in insurance billing, including claims, pre-authorizations, and verifications Familiarity with credentialing processes for dental providers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus to serve our diverse patient community.WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
