As a luxury medical spa and wellness center, we are seeking a Practice Manager who embodies professionalism, leadership, and a passion for high-end client care.Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for clients while supporting clinical providers and staff. This role requires strategic oversight, operational efficiency, staff leadership, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in a wellness-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the medical spa and wellness practice to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and supply ordering to maintain inventory and product availability. Client Experience & Service Excellence Ensure a five-star client experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Handle client feedback and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism. Monitor scheduling systems and workflow to minimize wait times and maximize productivity. Team Leadership & HR Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and support staff; assist in clinical team coordination. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and foster a culture of professionalism, wellness, and client-focused care. Ensure all staff maintain up-to-date certifications and training. Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and membership program strategies. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, and medical board regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and manage credentialing/licensing renewals.Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or luxury wellness setting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships. Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Symplast) and scheduling software. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of aesthetics, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies is a strong plus. Nursing license required.Preferred Traits:

Please describe your experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, licensing, credentialing, and/or medical board requirements. What experience do you have in aesthetics, functional medicine, regenerative therapies, injectables, skincare, body sculpting, hormone therapy, or other medical-wellness services? This position requires a high level of client service in a luxury healthcare environment.
