We are currently seeking experienced Dental Receptionists , Dental Assistants and Office Manager who are motivated to learn, grow, and provide exceptional patient care. Position 1: Dental Receptionist (1+ Year Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations including patient check-ins, scheduling, and appointment confirmations. Manage Medicaid, PPO, and local insurance verifications. Communicate effectively with patients to answer inquiries and explain office policies, procedures, and treatment plans. Maintain organized patient records in Dentrix and manage office flow efficiently. Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through positive communication and professional presentation.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Receptionist. Proficient with insurance verification (Medicaid, PPOs, and local insurance). Experience with Dentrix software preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to adapt and learn new processes and systems. Position 2: Dental Assistant (1+ Year Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing patients, setting up trays, and providing chairside assistance. Take dental X-rays, ensuring proper safety and accuracy. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and manage sterilization procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness. Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication during treatments. Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of the office.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant. Chairside assistance experience and ability to set up trays for various procedures. Proficient in taking X-rays and sterilization procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude. Why Join Us?
