Role Description The Medical Office Manager Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Queens, NY. This role supports the daily operations of the medical office, including assisting with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Responsibilities also include answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, verifying insurance information, processing payments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. The assistant helps the office manager monitor front-desk procedures, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure that office policies are followed. This role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient-centered service. Qualifications Experience in a medical office environment, with familiarity in basic administrative and clinical support workflows.
