From veterinarians to support staff, we have assembled a dynamic group of skilled professionals who provide exceptional client service and patient care. Suppose you possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and time management aptitude, and expertise in inventory and cost controls, regulatory compliance, employee life cycle, finance, and marketing. In that case, this may be the practice for you. A competency in community outreach, marketing, and social media is a must, as well as the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and facility concerns. Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, we are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and personable with strong coaching and training skills to help us continue to be successful. Included in the day-to-day operations we need someone to manage hospital workflow, team members, and leads, along with updating hospital policies and protocols. HR duties will include but are not limited to, hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and terminating of professional and paraprofessional staff. We want someone who can manage the financials including the P&L, benchmarks, KPI's, and revenue growth. Candidates must possess 3+ years of management experience. A degree in business administration, CVPM, or HR certification is a plus. Veterinary and/or medical office management highly desired.
