  • Tuition Assistance Program Job Summary The Practice Manager oversees daily operations and strategic performance of Specialty Care offices, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient clinic workflows, engaged staff, and strong financial outcomes.
This leader partners closely with providers, operations, revenue cycle, and Human Resources to drive results and optimize patient experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and resolve workflow or operational issues proactively.
  • Establish and maintain efficient patient flow and schedule management.
  • Monitor patient experience scores weekly and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Lead staffing activities including hiring, performance management, and coaching, in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Address provider, employee, and patient concerns while driving process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely charge capture and visit documentation.
  • Partner with Patient Accounting to resolve coding and billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor point-of-service payments for accuracy and accountability.
  • Support revenue cycle optimization and operational performance initiatives.
  • Assist in annual budget development and monitor financial performance.
  • Review monthly productivity and financial reports and implement corrective action.
  • Share performance trends with providers and support improvement planning.
  • Coach, mentor, and support staff development.
  • Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a medical office management role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management preferred
  • Specialty Care experience strongly preferred
  • Epic EMR experience preferred Mission, Vision & Values
