As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will focus on enhancing patient experience, developing team dynamics, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of patient-focused operational strategies that align with our brand standards. Foster a culture of superior communication and follow-up to ensure complete patient satisfaction. Guarantee that clinical and service standards are upheld across all facilities. Engage in active performance monitoring through client feedback surveys. Actively participate in team recruitment, training, development, and retention efforts. Drive growth initiatives by collaborating with clinicians and contributing to strategic direction. Manage financial performance by maintaining strict adherence to budgeting and P&L accountability. Your proactive approach and commitment to team empowerment will be essential in creating a positive work environment where both staff and patients thrive. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with P&L accountability in a healthcare or service-oriented environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization. Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to analyze data and implement effective operational strategies. Technologically savvy, with a solid understanding of systems and processes. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered. Benefits Benefits of joining
