We are looking for a natural-born leader with a clinical dental background to join us as the Office Manager for our brand-new location. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EFDA or RDH who is ready to take the next step into dental management and play a key role in building a practice from the ground up. You'll work closely alongside Dr. Khan and our leadership team to launch a beautiful new office, build a high-performing team, establish a strong culture, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one. This isn't simply an Office Manager position — you'll have the opportunity to help build something. What You'll Do Partner closely with Dr. Khan to successfully launch and grow the new practice Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop an exceptional dental team Establish a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Lead day-to-day office operations and keep the practice running smoothly Support scheduling, patient flow, treatment coordination, and overall patient experience Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Coach and motivate team members while holding the team accountable to expectations Help implement systems, processes, and workflows that create an efficient practice Partner with the clinical team to ensure providers have the support they need to deliver outstanding patient care Build strong relationships with patients, team members, and the surrounding community Work alongside Dr. Khan to grow the patient base and establish the practice as a trusted part of the community Jump in wherever needed during the launch and be willing to wear multiple hats Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who has strong clinical dental experience and natural leadership ability and is ready to grow into a management role. You may be an EFDA or RDH or other experienced clinical dental professional who has thought, "I know I can lead a team — I'm ready for the opportunity."
