This role is ideal for a highly organized, dependable professional who understands dental office operations and has strong experience working with dental insurance . The right candidate will be comfortable managing insurance-related responsibilities, patient accounts, scheduling, and front-office operations while providing a professional and welcoming patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
Verify and manage dental and medical insurance benefits Submit and follow up on insurance claims, denials, and outstanding balances Review EOBs and assist with insurance-related patient questions Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and front-office communication Collect patient payments and maintain accurate account information Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and referring offices Maintain accurate documentation and follow established office processes Support overall administrative operations and help ensure consistent follow-throughQualifications:
2-3+ years of dental front-office experience required Strong dental insurance knowledge required (Endodontics experience highly recommended) Experience with insurance verification, claims, EOBs, and AR Strong organizational and follow-through skills Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with dental practice management software preferred High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a busy officeSchedule:
