We need one person to own recruiting, compliance, and day-to-day staff issues across every office. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk HR job. You'll be in every office every week. • Attendance and staff issues. Handle tardiness, attendance, and performance problems head-on: have the conversation, document it, and follow up.
  • HR records . Keep employee files and onboarding paperwork complete and organized.
  • Whatever's next. This job isn't limited to HR. As we grow, new operations projects will come your way. What you need We're not training from zero. You should already have hands-on experience with most of this:
  • 3+ years in HR, office management, or practice operations (dental or healthcare strongly preferred)
